Accu Wash Guarantee/Maintenance

We guarantee that all cleaned portions of your roof will remain free of algae, mold, mildew, and fungus for at least 24 months following our cleaning. We also guarantee that all cleaned portions of your home will remain free of dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and fungus for at least 30 days following our cleaning. If any of the aforementioned visual blemishes return please contact us and we will clean any previously cleaned portions of the home or roof as soon as possible.

Deck and General Wood restoration is guaranteed for 60 days unfinished or 24 months w/ properly applied sealant. Meaning Sealant must be applied within 3 weeks of cleaning on dry wood in under 80 F temp. over 40 F, as well as applied within manufacturer specifications. If applied, the sealant must be one of the following brands to be honored: Cabot, Sherwin Williams, Duron, ValSpar, Wolmans or Olympic and Accu Wash will only be responsible for the cleaning portion of the job, if the homeowner applies the sealant. Sealant will be replaced by manufacturers guarantee or customer. If applied by Accu Wash sealant must be Approved brand and fall under all other guidelines previously specified in this guarantee to be honored, in which case we will reclean the wood and reapply the sealant at no charge except the new sealant. If it is proven that the cleaning or sealing work done by Accu Wash is not the cause for sealant failure this guarantee will be void. The 24 month portion of this guarantee is only valid for sealant failure, not general dirt, algae or mold.

Accu Wash will return every ____ months and ____ years to apply a chemical treatment to your roof in order to protect your roof as well as slow and prevent the return of future growths of mold, fungus, and algae. This contract may also serve for stone resealing, shutter shine or other continued maintenance. This contract is not binding and Accu Wash will contact the customer via phone at least one week prior to the scheduled treatment.

Accu Wash will not be held responsible for leaks in your roof or structure unless it is solely the cause of Accu Wash If leaks are present before work begins the customer must inform Accu Wash in order to prevent further damage.
